RivILL Login - Please use your Rivier University username and password.

What is RivILL?
RivILL is the place where you can submit InterLibrary Loan (ILL) requests, track and view articles, request renewals on ILL items, see the citations of past requests and contact ILL staff.
How do I sign in to RivILL?
Use the same username and password as your Rivier email. (ie: jsmith)
How long does it take to get my ILL request?
1-7 business days for articles
5-14 business days for items arriving by mail
How do I know that my ILL request has arrived?
You will be notified via Rivier email.
Where do I pick up my ILL request?
Articles will be posted to your RivILL account in pdf format.
Mailed items can be picked up at the Regina Library circulation desk.
Can I borrow textbooks?
We cannot borrow textbooks or other material that are used in current Rivier classes.
Why can’t I see the request that I just submitted?
Requests appear in your RivILL account after they are processed by ILL staff, so please allow one business day. You will get an error message if your request was not successfully submitted. To track your requests, log in to your RivILL account, click “View Your Requests”, then filter to “Track your Requests”.

You can stop by the office in Room 221 of the library. Office Hours are Monday -Friday 8-3:30.
